SAM-card, produced by Gemalto (Axalto) company, intended for active authentication of various "synchronous" cards (including "eurochips" - SLE 4436 и SLE 5536). It enables to identify the authenticity of these cards in order not to allow service of counterfeit card (emulator, third-party emission,"clone")
- Filestore - 8 kilobit
- Asynchronous data communications protocol (T=0, 9600 bit/sec)
- Cryptographic algorithms: Triple DES for access to card data and diversity of authenticated cards keys; original algorithms of synchronous cards' producers for their authenticity check.

- Up to 14 master-keys in 1 file
- One SAM-module is able to work simultaneously with several cards (support several sessions of authenticity)
- Safe remote uploading and rerecord of authenticity master-key rerecord are possible
In our projects "SAM Alliance" is used for "eurochip" authenticity check during the service.Due to the location of several master-keys on one card, it is possible to organize safe service at one point of card-token of various issuers.
